Working alongside the Digital Strategies Leadership Team, to help empower, support and maximize the benefits of digital initiatives to the organization of Cru, the Chief of Staff is a strategic advisor to the Digital Strategies Executive Director. Streamlining critical initiatives, overseeing strategic planning management, and communicating objectives within Digital Strategies and between departments across Cru is critical to this role. The Chief of Staff works shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leaders to create and drive programs that focus on strategy, communications, operations, efficiency, and team health and culture. They will regularly handle the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departmental areas of responsibility.
