Specialists serve the whole of campus ministry, as well as our strategic partners, in the areas of short-term mission trips in conjunction with other departments in the campus ministry. Specialists serve as knowledge experts who are up to date on cutting edge tools, resources, and sending requirements while guiding and training mission trip leaders in the operational planning and preparation for their trips. Specialists develop, maintain, manage, and improve resources and tools (ex: Gnowbe) that provide helpful knowledge and necessary information for trip leadership and execution.
