Members of the Business Process & Project Operations Team of Mission Operations run the projects that create or improve processes to connect people, events, leaders, information, and resources. Project Managers lead teams through the process of translating ideas from concept to implementation in order to bring effectiveness to projects with far-reaching impact. Projects vary in size and length, and vary in subject matter from digitally-oriented to people-and-process oriented. Projects often include collaboration across departments of the Campus Ministry, and are usually internally focused but may include collaboration with outside organizations.
