The Crisis Manager is tasked with helping to shepherd our people through difficulties by means of consultation, crisis response, and care for those serving both here and around the world. A major focus is on prevention, personal security, and assisting teams with risk assessment and contingency planning for the locations to which we send. This also includes training others, the creation and updating of tools and risk reduction strategies, as well as follow through on aftercare.
