The Coaching Center Coach will maintain a vision for reaching college students worldwide, cultivate ongoing relationships with field staff to open new ministries, and pursue possible “Key” Christian leaders on non-staffed campuses within their assigned area. Communicating vision, ministry opportunities, training leaders to reach their campus for Christ, and challenging all potentially qualified students and lay people to join our staff (on a full or part-time basis) is an essential part of this role. Coaches provide vision, insight, and resources to key volunteers who launch and build gospel movements in their contexts.
