The Campus Ministry MPD Director is responsible for the MPD health of the Campus Ministry staff. The MPD director oversees a network of Campus MPD Coordinators who oversee MPD coaches in their respective geographies, capacity and strategy ministries. He or she also ensures that MPD priorities are in line with the national Campus Ministry priorities. In addition, the MPD Director is engaged with the MPD National Team in the three core MPD functions: training, coaching and creating resources.
