If you love helping people and feel giddy about solving odd problems, this team might be a good fit. We serve as Level 2 & Level 3 Technical Support for most of Cru's software products & services. We're also the "travel team" of the Help Desk, taking our services "on the road" several times a year to various Cru conferences.
