Full-Time, RMO, location: fully remote.
Develops and facilitates spiritual movements among US military members and their families in our West Area of Operation (WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, WY, MT, UT, AZ, NM, HI and AK). Responsible for ensuring that Local Directors, Ministry Team leaders, and Ministry Team Members are equipped and encouraged in leading ministry at their local military installations, under the authority of the military Chaplains. Responsible for equipping Local Director(s) to mobilize, train and encourage teams and volunteers to expand their teams/ministry to the US Military.
Responsible for executing U.S. National ministry strategy across assigned region and both implementing and protecting ministry culture across assigned teams.
