(RMO Part-Time Friendly) Give overall direction to the childcare program during relevant LH Stint related events. This is not limited to but includes a weekly Wednesday morning childcare program that follows the local public school calendar and two retreats per year (August and the end of May).

The US Capacity ministry and its roles center around upholding the systems, processes, and tools that make missionary staff life possible.
