This leader is responsible for the staff life cycle from inquiry to off-boarding. The HR Director is responsible for mobilization, selection, hiring, onboarding, staff care, training and development, MPD, and all functional aspects of our people processes. This leader will build strategic relationships to influence senior leaders without functional authority over them. This leader will be adept at holding the tension between the individual and the organization. The US Capacity ministry and its roles center around upholding the systems, processes, and tools that make missionary staff life possible. It is our aim to enhance the missional capacity of our staff by freeing them up from operational task so they can focus more time on the lost. The ministry is made up of the following functions:
