Overall Responsibility of The Marketing Director
● Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for use of the resources and strategies in the US and in the
process, assist as requested with the development of supplemental marketing tools that can be used in
different countries.
● Implement the marketing plan and/or recruit or supervise resources to assist in doing that.
● Oversee website and social media outlets and promotional resources: this includes videos,Ted Talks,
podcasts, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
Our mission is to equip men and women leaders, around the world, with The Significance Project evangelistic and discipleship life-coaching resources and strategies; Man of Impact, QUEST, The Significant Woman and SOARING. As small groups use these resources, facilitators see people come to Christ and disciples become involved in launching spiritual movements. Team members also facilitate groups in their local area.
The Team works with staff, ministries and partners by coaching, networking, doing marketing and effective social media strategies. We have strategic opportunities for men and women to serve in the marketing, social media area and in working with national and regional staff leaders around the world.
