The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist is responsible for developing process automations, as well as monitoring and reporting the performance of the automation ecosystem. They will communicate with internal customers, IT, and key stakeholders on the status of automations (issues and required maintenance) and the productivity of the digital workforce. Nature of Opportunity: Exciting opportunity to help Cru staff eliminate thousands of hours by learning cutting edge technology in the field of robotic automation. In this role you'll learn to map processes and create custom automations for everyday administrative tasks. The "bots" you build will finish laborious tasks that take tens of hours for staff to complete in a matter of minutes. You will also learn project management skills as you relate with various stakeholders. Qualifiers: A passion and aptitude to learn, good organizational skills, and a genuine interest in technology.
