SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
RMO Staff member is responsible for assisting the Archive Manager of FamilyLife in organizing items and in maintaining the archival records management system of the ministry.
FOR THIS POSITION:
Organize and catalog items in FamilyLife Archives
Place in boxes or files for safekeeping any archival items
Scan archival documents into folders or files and label appropriately
Transfer to digital formats: collaterals, photos, objects, cassette tapes, if possible
Record data of items in PastPerfect software or Excel spreadsheet or Google Doc
Locate requested information and resources and give to Archive Manager to fulfill requests for historical information
Create and maintain displays of archival materials
Actively raises and maintains financial support necessary to support wage compensation requirements according to corporate compensation policies and set rates.
