The International Leadership Consortium (ILC) is an arm of CCCI that provides oversight to our educational institutions seeking to help fulfill the Great Commission. We equip current and emerging pastoral and lay leaders worldwide through our SALT (School of Applied Leadership for Transformation) department.
ILC-SALT Mission: We seek to identify and equip (e.g., using a competency-based theological education philosophy) champions (e.g., individuals, institutions, and training agencies in the ILC network) to increase the quality and quantity of pastoral and lay leaders for the Great Commission.
ILC-SALT Vision: We seek to develop a growing network of champions to create the capacity to scale and serve the educational and training needs of the millions of pastoral and lay leaders worldwide who lack adequate biblical training.
We serve internationally and are accredited through ATS (The Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada).
